Looking for a cheap and easy way to get your Amiga online? The Plipbox is a Parallel Port Ethernet Adaptor that allows you to do just that.
The Plipbox allows your Commodore Amiga 500/600/1200/2000/2500/3000(T)/4000(T)/CD-TV/CD-32 to get online (The Plipbox doesn't work with the Amiga 1000 as it uses a different type of Parallel Port).
Just plug it into your Parallel Port, setup the plipbox.device driver and you are ready to rock web 0.2.
The Plipbox It has been been tested with:
- Miami
- MiamiDX
- AmiTCP
- Roadshow
- Genesis
A device driver and a corresponding setup manual for the TCP/IP stack on the Amiga side can be found here.
You will need a Micro-USB cable and a USB 5v power supply (both not included) to power up your Plipbox.
